There was a point in my life when I needed a life coach to help me facilitate an important change. Only then was I able to navigate the obstacles in front of me and live in a way where I was not just surviving, but thriving!
Over the past 20 years, I’ve gained a wide variety of career experiences with coaching, training, and mentoring. I am a certified Professional Life Coach with The American Association of Christian Counselors and hold a certification in Neuro-linguistic Programming. I am currently working on completing a Mental Health Coaching certification and a Nutrition Coaching certification.
Coaching is a powerful relationship that gives you greater clarity about who you are, where are you going and how are you going to get there. I am passionate about helping you strengthen your connection with God, yourself and others. I will help you identify your core values and establish individualized goals with a step-by-step plan. I will hold you accountable, and together, we will celebrate your victories.
Proverbs 27:17 says, “As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another.”
I believe this scripture speaks to the truth that we need each other in order to continue growing; to share wisdom, encourage one another, and walk alongside each other as we press on towards the goal.
